The carefully prepared foods fill the air with an aroma that makes your mouth water, and the sound of conversation and laughter bounces from the candlelit walls. In moments like these, all is right with the world! Only this time, something heavy is weighing on your heart that no one else there realizes: This is the final meal you will ever share together. This is it! There won't be another. So you take a deep breath, gently strike the side of your glass with a fork claiming the attention of your loved ones, and announce your troubling news and final parting words...
